What a whirlwind 2024 has been. Full of the highs and lows that life often throws at you.

I'm ending the year in a fair amount of physical pain having torn the cartilage in my left knee, but you know what, I tore it after getting up from playing on the floor with my 20 month old toddler, and actually I couldn't think of a better incident for having injured myself.
.
Watching my thoughtful, caring toddler on the baby monitor is the best way for me to count down the last hours of 2024, and I cannot wait to go up to his room at midnight and spend my first moments of 2025 giving his little face a gentle kiss.
